The University of the Philippines HARONG is a duly recognized organization of UP Diliman students from the Province of Camarines Sur and the City of Naga. The Organization aims to foster unity and camaraderie among its members and with other students, to provide channels for the enhancement of academic potentials and to develop awareness of and commitment to the Province of Camarines Sur and the City of Naga. Now in its 9th year, U.P. HARONG has been successful in bringing together the Iskolars kan Banwaaan from Camarines Sur and Naga City in initiating activities that follow the objectives of the Organization, as stated in its constitution and bylaws.
