U.P. Kalinangan is CAL-based organization whose purpose is to use an interdisciplinary approach to studying culture and the arts to promote awareness not only among students of the university but also among people from various communities of the country.

U.P. Kalinangan accepts applicants at the start of each semester.
Applicants are required to complete an application process (whose rules shall be formulated by the Membership Committee) in order to become members.
