The Ugnayan ng Pahinungód also known as the U.P. Oblation Corps was launched as the volunteer service program of the University, on February 28, 1994. It aims to serve the spirit of volunteerism by letting U.P. students, faculty, and staff join programs to help develop the surrounding communities of which U.P. is a part of.

Some of the programs include the Quezon City Jail Project, which provides legal aid, training, and livelihood for the inmates of Quezon City Jail, and the Gurong Pahinungód, which aims to promote the quality of education in remote barangays.
